We are currently looking for experienced business professionals with the minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent to fill the following positions. Below are general descriptions of each position:
VP/Commercial Lending Officer
Develops and manages commercial loan accounts that meet established lending requirements and provides maximum profitability to the Bank at minimum risk.
Technical Architect
The Technical Architect will review/design the structure of the IT systems and oversee programs to ensure the proper architecture is implemented. In this role, the Technical Architect should be an excellent communicator who is able to translate complex requirements into functional architecture. Also, should have hands-on experience on software development and be able to manage complex programs. The goal will be to ensure the Bank’s internal IT framework operates properly.
Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager (2 positions available)
The Portfolio Manager assists the relationship managers with the ongoing administration of loan portfolios to ensure that the Bank maintains high credit quality and to provide more time for the relationship managers to generate new business opportunities. This position requires extensive communication skills, both written and verbal, as relationships with existing clients and other team members is vital for success.
Branch Manager – Pimlico Office
Responsible for the efficient, effective management of a full-service branch office, ensuring that established policies and procedures are followed, and delegating some of the day-to-day operations to the branch operations manager or assistant branch manager in order to be available to make business development calls and to represent the Bank at civic and service club functions.
Assistant Branch Manager – Randallstown Office
This position is responsible for branch operations, developing/maintaining the retail banking business of prospective and existing customers. Assists the branch manager by directing operational functions of the branch and branch activities. Desired results must be exceptional, efficient, courteous and accurate. Implements personal banking concepts through the sale of loans, deposit accounts, and other retail banking services. Refers customers to other bank and company departments for additional service.
FT & PT Tellers
Must have two years of heavy cash handling experience, 1-2 years of Teller experience preferred.
