Great News! Personal Online Banking Enhancements are Coming Soon!

The Harbor Bank of Maryland is excited to announce that the Bank will soon unveil a newly enhanced Personal Online banking service (HarborConnect). The new site provides all the functionality you currently have been accustomed to while introducing new features in a fresh, easy-to-use interface. The Bank is thrilled to offer customers the latest in online banking technology. Enhancements are scheduled to be available Wednesday, November 1, 2017.

Exciting new features:

  • Updated look and feel, which includes responsive design for users on the go
  • Redesigned navigation menu for commonly used links (i.e. Accounts, Transfers, Pay Bills, etc.)
  • Enhanced Scheduled Transfers Available on Transfer page
  • New Bill Pay section located on Home page
  • Ability to download transactions over longer periods of time

Exciting new features:

  • Ensure your contact information and email address are up-to-date
  • Your Username and Password will not change
  • All transaction history will remain
  • All scheduled transfers will remain

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Do I need to do anything different to access Harbor Bank's Online Banking?
    You will log in as usual at or in the header of any page on our website at the top left. You will log on with your current Access ID and Password.  The only difference is that you will input your Username andPassword on the first screen.  In the past, your password was entered on a subsequent page.  
  2. Do I need to re-enter my Bill Pay Payees?
    No. All of your payee information and scheduled payments will be migrated to the new system. If you have a regularly scheduled bill payment it will continue to be paid as scheduled on the new system.
  3. Will my account number(s) stay the same?
    Yes. You will keep your current bank account numbers for checking, savings, money market, CDs, IRAs and loans.
  4. Will there be a period of time when I do not have access to my funds due to the system conversion?
    The Bank does not anticipate there being any time you will be unable to access funds. 
  5. Will my current direct deposits and automatic transfers be affected?
    Since your account number is not changing, all current direct deposits and automatic transfers will continue to be processed normally.
  6. If I use "Business" Online Banking, does this update affect me?
    No.  The Business Online Banking (Harbor Biz Net) will not be updated at this time.  Stay tuned for future enhancements.
