By participating in this program you are allowing The Harbor Bank of Maryland to review and itemize your VISA Three-In-One Check Card transactions to determine the discounts due to you and your designated church/charity of choice from participating Affinity Partners. There are no membership fees. Registering for a VISA Three-In-One-Check Card is free and you may cancel the card at any time. Ten percent (10%) of the total discount dollars raised is retained for administrative fees. You will be notified in writing 60 days in advance of any increase or change in administrative fees.
Every month the cardholder will receive a credit equal to one-half (1/2) the total dollar amount of discounts received and the church/charity will receive the other half less the administrative costs. Invoiced payments of discounts will be made to a custodial account at The Harbor Bank of Maryland. Each monthly distribution of discounts to cardholders and their church or charity of choice will be verified by an independent accounting firm. Copies of monthly distribution reports are available to cardholders and their designated church or charity for a small fee to cover processing.
