Harbor Bankshares Corporation
Harbor Bankshares Corporation (the “Corporation”) is a bank holding company organized under the laws of Maryland in 1992. The Corporation owns all of the outstanding stock of The Harbor Bank of Maryland (the “Bank”), which owns all of the outstanding stock of the Bank’s subsidiary, Harbor Financial Services. Joseph Haskins, Jr., is Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Harbor Bankshares Corporation – one of the top ten African American owned and operated financial institutions in the United States, according to Black Enterprise Magazine.
